Backlight issues. Fan controls, Seat Heater, Temp up and down buttons.

I have a 07 Grand Prix GT 3.8 and the backlights behind the center console stuff are going out and if i tap on the center area around where the lights are off they come back in until I hit a bump or just go off on their own.

Is this a known issue or could all of the bulbs be loose?

Is there an easy way to access the area behind the fan contols and radio?
