97 gt hud and dic swap question

been working on an l67 swap on a 97 gt. we pulled the dash apart to find plugs for hud and dic in place so we went ahead and swapped both in. went on and did a few other things to the car and went back to the engine swap. we go to test start the engine(which started and ran btw) and found that neither the hud or dic turned on. am I missing something?
 


tear apart again.....bleh lol. I didn't know if there was a fuse I needed to add. ill have to dig up my hud pinouts
