Wiring in aftermarket heated units to the OEM switch HOW?

Hi everyone, I have been searching quite a bit for a solution to this. What i have found so far to get heat for the passenger is that i have to get another bezel with a switch on it and cut it in half and mold the two together. I then was going to install the Dorman aftermarket heated seat kit (used it in my jeep and works great) What i really to know is how i am going to wire the kit which already comes with an Hi, Low and off switch just like oem. I'm guessing i have to cut off the switch and tap the wires into the oem one or is it more difficult than this? My guess is that i havent even begun to see the issues involved here. Please help if you can.
