2007 Grand prix GT

Hello,
New user with a question about timing cover gasket replacement. I've got a 2007 Grand Prix with a supercharger. Is the timing cover gasket replacement procedure much different than a timing cover gasket on a non supercharged motor? Even the regular motor gasket change looks like it would take a while. But I have time. Hopefully this is the right forum.
Thanks everyone,
Greg

It's all the same for the most part.

The real main differences are the cylinder heads, intake manifolds and supercharger over the L26 NA engine.

Doing the timing cover to block gasket isn't super hard, it just takes time to remove the stuff. Balancer, water pump, alternator bracket I think, all that needs to come off to clean it and replace it.

I did my 07 about 4 years ago. There’s a thread on it in here somewhere. 4-6 hours first time.
