2004 GP Starting Issue

My 2004 grand prix has developed an issue with starting. I am told that it has spark, fuel and cranks over but will not start. Any ideas what might be causing this issue. It was running good and then all of a sudden it has stopped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it has fuel then it should at least try and run. I would start with the basics and check ALL the fuses underhood and inside.
 
I would run my own tests. A fuel rail can have fuel going to it, but is it being injected into the cylinder? Listen to the injector when the key is turned to on, you can always use something to amplify the sound like a screwdriver held to your ear to test these. Spark is an easy one to test. And...I'd question what "cranks over" actually means. The motor should sound normal like any average start when it's cranking over.
