# 1 cooling fan problem on a 98 GTP - I need your help please!

Well I either need your help or some high explosives... I am getting a 1651 trouble code. So far I have replaced the fuse box, all the relays, and the computer. If i jump the power directly to the fan it turns on... any ideas on how to fix this? I'm trying to pass emissions and cant as long as I have a trouble code. thanks!
