So I went to Red Robin yesterday with my family for dinner and I realized, for a restaurant chain that is supposed to be all about burgers, there burgers really aren't that great. Now I'm not saying the bad or horrible at all. But there pretty mediocre at best. And if I had a craving for a burger, Red Robin probably wouldn't even be top 10 on my list of place I'd go to. As sad as it sound if you include in lazy factor, I'd probably stop at a Wendy's or Burger King before Red Robin came up as a thought.
It may be an old person car, but at least ill be the first one in line for the early bird special at Denny's!

Wtf? I've had nothing but good experiences at red robin. I'm getting hungry now, just thinking about it.

I've never had a bad experience there either. I'm simply saying that there burgers aren't anything special. Would I eat there again, sure. But It wouldn't be anywhere close to the top of my list of choices.

You're out of your mind putting BK or Wendy's next to Red Robin.

    Bottomless steak fries ftw.

I also felt like they had poor choices and I agree; the burgers were mediocre at best. Nothing to rave about....

All depends on the cook's mood that day.

Every time I go to red robin I tell the waiter/waitress that I want the burger as bloody as possible because when I tell them some pink it comes out well done. And after telling them make it bloody its still well done.

Mike and I hate when the local group wants to go to red robin!

There not next to Red Robin, they're above it. In all honesty, I'd rather go to Wendy's or Burger King then Red Robin to get a burger. Now there are lots of places above all three of those choices. But I'm just saying.

Well duh, we all know the best burgers are made in a dirty diner, roadside stand, or hole in the wall.

I usually get their buffalo chicken strips, they are good but I still think the place is a bit overpriced.

Don't like Red Robin either. Burgers are just ok, and im a no nonsense burger kind of guy. Give me the burger and cheese and that's all I need.

And the "bottomless" steak fries.. Yeah right, every time I ask for more they don't come out until they bring the check.
