What is this IM registration mess?
But yeah...tint you can't really get off I mean it is illegaly dark, own up to it. Speeding...well I'm one of the worlds worst but I deserve plenty of speeding tickets.
It's just really obvious the cop got you for everything he could. He could have been nice and let the whole tag cover thing go. Maybe even the speeding especially if it was interstate not in heavy traffic. I've been pulled over 15 over and let off *knock on wood*.
So yeah. BTW, what is OL?
Wow, he threw the book at you.
If you're driving a 4 door he could have given you another ticket for rear tint though!
I got pulled over for my tinted tails when I lived up there at least 7-8 times. Every single time except for once I got a warning. The once I didn't get a warning it was a fix-it ticket. I put my stockers on, drove to the police department, got them checked and then swapped them back in their parking lot.
Lol what you need is a friend in the justice system. My stepmom is a probation officer she knows plenty of cops/lawyers that can get my petty tickets dismissed. And yes speeding is petty.

Yup Glenn Highway, right next to the Fort Richardson exit.
The cop was in the ditch that is seperating the two roads, on the other side of traffic though. Turned around and Xmas lights![]()
Take the tint off your windshield. Its ridiculously stupid and dangerous. For the rest of the tint, if its illegal, you're stuck. No getting out of it.
License plate covers are illegal in most states, even if they are clear. It causes a glare which can make the plate hard to read. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
You sped, you got caught, lesson learned.
I gotta agree with others here. You broke the law, man up. I hate when people complain about getting tickets for illegal things.
You guys must drive like assholes behind the wheel lulz. I think I read more "got pulled over" threads here then anywhere else. Slow down ya ricers.![]()
HUmmm? 7 tickets. Usually the only reason someone gets that many tickets is because they were a dick. But there is always that 1 COP that writes as many tickets as he can. Which is BUll$hit. But they are around unfortunately. 3 tickets should be the most as long as you are nice.
You should be able to see a hearing officer before you deal with anything regarding court or court hearings. Usually if you have a decent record and since you are new to the area, they should let you off on most of it and even reduce the fines.
The only way to really get away with tint is to go to a doctor and have them write you up saying that you need to have tint because of your skins sensitivity to UV and/or harsh light. You can also do this with seat belt laws also by saying you can't wear one for medical reasons. The only problem is finding a doctor that will actually write it up or sign the forms for you.
Every state is different. I have never seen nor heard of a hearing officer. I have also never once had a lawyer and everytime I have plead not guilty to a ticket I have managed to get it thrown out or reduced.
And it would be absolutely stupid to get out of wearing a seatbelt.
