why does everyone think its the best thing since sliced bread??? Trunk badge, ok whatever take it off cause it looks "cleaner" but everything? geeze, be proud you drive a prix! ricers debadge so you cant tell what kind of car it actually was before they horribly deformed it. I always viewed debadging as a shamefull act, you wanna hide the name of the car your driving. its just my opinion but whatever...

I took mine off cause I think it makes the car look better....IMO it takes the focus off of the BADGES and shows the true body line of the car.

i still have mine on but i go back nd forth all the time..i do like the way the gtp looks nd lets everyone know what u have...but just that everyone knows what u have but if u take it off u make people wonder...and i am worried that i will see an outline of where the badge was after i take it off.

I like the newer ones because the only badges are on the trunk and the Pontiac on the nose. Other than that, just the small GM on the sides, but I like that because I show pride in GM. Not too overdone.

My cars badges look tore up so Id rather have them gone then making the car look tore up
I may rebadge but I also like the cars lines without them plus gtps out here have a pretty high rate of theft

no reason for badges. my car was sold as a GT and i dont want that **** on there. i would even take the GTP badges off if i had them because they are big and ugly.

badges are for people that CARE what kind of car it is. im still going to blow your doors off if i have badges on the car to tell you what it is or not.

the only badge i was thinking of putting back on my car at one point was a vinyl of the script saying "supercharged", otherwise all the actual badges on these cars are big and ugly.

well, i took all the badges off my GT, then i had the emblem in the front bumper removed and filled in. Also had the key hole in the trunk filled at the same time..

    Car looked very clean..

BUT, now that Its a GTP -SIC (supercharged Intercooled Cammed)

I've decided to put GTP badges on. They look good, but no need for anything else.. its just the GT badges that look dumb and the trunk badge.

    3800 V6
    GRAND PRIX GT
    GRAND PRIX

no need for all that crap ..
but my car.. being all black needs something..plus I might get more races

Keep the badges that tell the details and scrap the rest I say. I like the GTP badge because then you know its not just another grand prix driving around. Unlike mine which only has the GT even though its supercharged *sigh*

my thoughts on the badging... if you have a gtp.

take that stupid trunk badge OFF
leave the GTP ones on the side
    make a GTP grille badge

i will debadge mine in the winter once i paint here. i got planty of pride....you can tell by the growl under the hood and the fact that most people only see the back of the car anyways. im also removing the trim in the center of the doors and gettign rid of my gas door all for a clean look...not to be like gay ass vin diesel. i spend all this time and money to prove that american cars kick ass and you dont need a car with an H, A, or three red triangels to be a tuner and go fast. i bleed pontiac pride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like (and will eventually do this) when ppl take their badges off and then relocate them somewhere else on the car. Still can tell what kind of car it is, still showing pride in what you drive, but moving them makes your car unique. The little touches like that are what take a from cool to blue ribbon.
