I officially don't like cops who pull people over for speeding.... Yesterday coming home from a family friends anniversary party I got pulled over for speeding...yes I will admit my speed did get away from me I was indeed doing 70 in a 55 so I do deserve the ticket. BUT that isn't the problem here...no no no. The cop that pulled me over was coming the other way and if he was doing any less than 70 I would be surprised because he was flying down the road and as soon as he saw me he wiped the car around recklessly endangering anyone coming in either direction since it was around a curve at the bottom of a hill...So who was being less safe? Me...a kid who was going a bit to fast and was about to hit the brakes anyways(I hate speeding dam it) Or a cop flying down the road for no reason then wiping around to catch a kid who was going 70?

To add to the frustration, I was getting home later that night and saw another state trooper going at least 55 in a 35, and they do it all the time with no lights flashing no reason at all, just because they think they can. What gives them the right to endanger people for no reason? It even states in the constitution that no man is above the law...so why do they have this so called "get out of jail free" card????? grrrrrr

dude some cops are okay, for instance i live down tha street from one n my ex gf used to babysit his daughter n 1. he is a really good guy he doesnt speed or pull people over for bogus reasons, 2. even if i was speeding or if i have a party orsomethin he still doesnt stop meor bust my party...

but anyways tha majority of cops are complete douchebags... this one time me n my buddys got pulled over for a complete bull**** reason, we were all 18 years old so we had no curfew, but we saw two really young boys out at 130 in tha morning so we turned so our headlights were on them n they took off literally like tha show cops jus jumpin over fences into peoples back yards n stuff, so we died laughin n went around tha block to see wtf they were doin. turns out they called in n literally said they thought we were gonna kill them... so anways were in a mint condition 89 accord n theres this really janky street that has dam near no pavement jus gravel so u cant take it doin more than 10mph n tha cop sped up to us after drivin in tha opposite direction, pulled us over n walked up to tha car with his gun pointed at us, told us to get our f*****n hands out tha window or hed shoot, walked up n took one of my buddies out who he knows on a first name basis then proceeds to verbally rape him callin him every name in tha book n tellin him that if he has anything to do with it hes not gonna let him go into tha marines n that hes gonna pull us all over once he finds out what cars we drive... his "back-up" arrives which is an older guy who questions all of us separately... i was second to last to be questioned n it went okay tha only answer i gave himwas we didnt do anything wrong, then my buddy drivin gets a ticket for disturbing tha peace, and wreckless driving for goin 10mph around tha janky corner...

we are all pissed bc 1. we all got called stupid pieces of s*** and dumb kids by tha first cops n he basically told us we think were bada**es but were actually worthless f**ks and blah blah, 2. we never once got to ask why those two 13 year olds, yeah thas right 13 freakin years old, were out at 130 in tha morning n why they took off when we shined our headlights at them, n i was extra pissed bc 3. tha cop that interrogated us asked my buddy before me "whose that colored kid in tha back?" which if i would have known before he interrogated me i woulda beat tha everlovin f*ckin sh*t out of him regardless of him bein law enforement...

so we go tell tha drivers parents about it n we wrote down everything that was said, didnt make up any bullsh*t, took them to tha corner that we "drove wrecklessly" around n both parents, who dont swear n follow tha bible to tha T, were both like wtf thas bullsh*t! haha i found it pretty funny n they thought that tha part about me gettin called colored n allof us harrassed was completely unprofessional, which is completely true...

we went to tha police station n waited for tha guy on duty to come after we made a non-emergency call with tha phone in tha station n guess whose in charge of showin up... none other than mr. old douche who called colored... i immediately got heated again once i saw him n when he got out of his ride i got in his face n asked him why he called me colored... he stumbled over his words n finally spat out "What do u mean?" i was like hmm lemme think u interrogated my buddy before me n then asked him who tha colored kid was in tha backseat correct? n he stuttered "i dont remember that," so i was like oh so now ur callin my buddy a liar? n he has tha nerve to tell me "no thas how i identified u," so then i was like u couldnt have asked whose tha kid in tha red shirt? whose tha kid with tha buzzed head? whose tha kid on tha left in tha backseat? but u had to be a piece of sh*t n ask whose tha colored kid... ur lucky i found out after u let us go otherwise ur old ass would be in tha hospital!

well that was me almost gettin arrested and tha end of that conversation as my buddys parents made us all go inside tha lobby so they could talk to him... it was actually very entertaining bc as i said before they dont swear n they are very good people, but they laid into tha stupid cop about EVERYTHING! ive never seen his mom so mad i thought she was gonna get arrested lol. but basically tha cop was totally useless he refused to answer anything else n told us we would have to come back on monday n do paperwork which was obviously his attempt to try to get us to leave him alone bc who wants to do paperwork...? US thas who... well actually our parents. they went there on monday,talked to tha chief about everything, got my buddys tickets dropped n got tha old cop in trouble,but tha first one who tongue-lashed us didnt even get a slap on tha wrist n later arrested my buddy whose parents came with us for no reason as he promised while i was gone at school for football...

moral of tha story--> 98.4% of cops are DOUCHERS!

I hate people who are that ignorant, I think all the ignorant people like that should be shipped to an island and then let them go at it because eventually they will hate each other for one reason or another and just kill everyone.(problem solved)

I've only encountered one cop that I despised. That and I've only been pulled over three times. All of which were misunderstandings/concerns.

The first time I got pulled over I had just started driving and apparently I was drifting all over the van. Needless to say it was a van and the steering sucks, so he pulled me over. Asked for my driver's license, told me I was weaving I guess. My mom told him I was just learning to start driving, he laughed and told her to "Keep teaching me." gave me my permit and let us go.

The second time I was in my Dakota and I was messing with my iPod, trying to get it to work or something. I looked up and realized the light was yellow. I had no idea how long it'd been yellow so.... I floored it. Well then I hit the brakes because I wasn't going to make it. But I was too close to stop good, so I sped up again and then again I finally hit the brakes hard after seeing a cop waiting to turn at the light. I slid into the intersection, tires squealing and smoking with burnt rubber in the air. I sat in the middle of the intersection like a headlight struck deer before I limped off the road with my tail between my legs, embarrassed. Well the cop came up behind me, I was ecstatic. I didnt' have my license and I couldn't find my Registration or Insurance. So I was all over the cab looking for it, makes sense now why he approached me so hesitantly lol!

Well, to make a long story short he was a nice guy. I'm sure I gave him a story to tell about a girl who didn't have her license, didn't know her social, and was about ready to hyperventilate from fear :P after it all soaked in I started to hyperventilate and he asked me if I had a medical condition several times and I just told him I was scared. I was more or less in shock after all of it happened.

The third time I got pulled over the cop was a complete douche. We were dropping off a car to get serviced and their alarm was going off, so we drove around back to see if anything was open. Well had we left right after we dropped the car off... we wouldn't have been accused. So we're pulling out of the place and the Trooper comes FLYING up on me, lights going, I pull over and he storms up to my door. My dad nor I have our license *Facepalm* and we go through the spiel of giving him our SSN and explaining that we were just DROPPING a car off and the alarm was going already and we were going to call. But the guy was an absolute jerk, both my dad and I were polite and respectful and he was just an a-hole. He snapped at me because our inspection sticker was hanging off the window, we explained that we had the windshield replaced after it had an accident with any angry teen and a cell phone that wouldn't work

But yeah. I went to a Junior Law Cadet program and really enjoy the company of cops, they were all great people, but there are those few (just like everything else) that are complete idiots. Everyone speeds... at some point or another. You just happened to be the fish he caught that day

If they were truly in a hurry they should have their lights on, without the lights they look like regular cars from a distance since they all have the low profile lights now. And they pull people over for speeding because it is dangerous so if they are speeding than they are being dangerous. And trust me I live in a small town with the closest "city" being an hour and half away, they don't get much action other than drugs from the boarder but thats a story for another day.

my statement for alllll of this. the majority of cops I have come in contact with are ex-military (trained to kill), they went into law enforcement b/c they were excelent soldiers and found a place to use their learned skills.
I have also seen a few cops that didnt need to have that job, the stress of the ocupation is more often than not overwelming for them, hence the whole acting like dicks.
think about it if you were faced with the possability that everyone you came in contact with wanted to kill you, how would you react? could you keep your cool all the time, would you beet your wife, maybe start stereotyping.
there is a reason why cops are the people that they are, put yourself in their position before you start making judgment.
the colored thing was just bad manners, if he was racest or what ever you cant change that abount someone just teach them to use manners and be civil.
and just so you know I have also been harrassed by bad cops and got one fired, but you have to rember to pick you battles. some are just not worth it.
