"suppose to" he was suppose to send it back through my paypal. since he had added it to his account. now today he changed it to a money order and suppose to send it back to me. so I dont know.....

I'm guessing you'll get it, unless you really tick him, off like posting his personal information (home address) for everyone to see. It is true he has sold quite a bit of stuff and I don't remember seeing much if anything negative. I hope he continues this trend and you get your money back.
