Any other guys from northern AZ around?
it is a mining town, and she will be working for a mining company, but will be working in the recreation field. I am a full time student and will continue to take online classes.
Cool. Nice that you can do you classes online. I know they're close to opening a mine in green valley. About 30 minutes south of Tucson. Rosemont, I think it is?
online classes are definitely more convenient, especially when the nearest college is 85 miles away. do you know if there are very many grand prix guys down your way?
There's a couple of "tuner" shops in town, but I think they mostly cater to the import crowd. Subaru, Mitsubishi type stuff.
I'm going to try to self tune. I may fall flat on my face, but I'm going to try. I think the only thing I would pay a shop for is, maybe, dyno time?
I have a dhp that ive been learning with, but I am still a novice. maybe we could plan a dyno day and use my dhp to tune with if I end up heading down there. I got on LS1tech.com and saw that a few GTO guys have gone to a dyno tuner shop there in Tuscan so they might be able to work on our Grand Prix's.
"you all can hit me up if you need help."
I may take you up on that offer, are you familiar with dhp?
yeah i still have mine and used it for like 2 years before i got HPTuners. i finally got tired of keyspan issues.
i have had my hptuners for 4-5 years and still havent registered a second vehicle so its not that big of a deal to me. the scanner in HPtuners is light years better then DHP and since i still have dhp i can scan with hptuners and make changes with DHP for 3800 cars that i dont want to register. will probably do my truck soon though.
it works for getting around the credits thing anyway. EStuned...do you know what kinda dyno they have? i dont want my dreams to be crushed.
thats what i thought looking at their facebook pictures but couldnt confirm...prepare to have your dreams shattered
