Thanks, But I'm done with it, I kept at the pulley, and it went on. Its up and running now, I drove it to work to check for leaks. I saw a small leak at the coolant reservoir hose, other than that, thats it. The boost does come on quicker, its kinda nice, my wife will like it. Thanks to everybody for the help.
peak a boo, yea I am around, every now and then.
I sold the daytona and got myself a truck and a couple of olds cutlass'es both are mid 80's one is a parts car the other is my project for the comming summer.
I mainly sold it because I needed the truck.
But hey whats up?
Anyone see the ad at the top of this page for Unique Wheels Direct? I REALLY like these wheels. Anyone know what they are called? Are thay the C5 Corvette wheel? (would thay git the GP) They look good on the TA?
I'm not a "wheel" person. I'm not sure what they look like. For the most part, I like my wheels stock. Guess what I mean is, I've been fairly lucky to have cars that come with descent factory wheels. My friend has a pretty nice newer model Monte Carlo. silver & painted some gun metal grey racin stripes. He got these new wheels. I like them ok. I'll get a pic of his car today. They are blk and have an interchangeable piece that goes on the spoke part. Chrome. comes with a few different choices.
I like stock wheels too, thinking about powder coating my torque stars gunmetal... Wonder if that will look good on the blue..?
I dunno. Maybe
My husband is doing the Rat Rod look with his semi. Flat black. He got his wheels powder coated lime green (my pick) in Ponca City. They had samples on the wall. Not alot to choose from, but they did have an ugly green glow in the dark. Too ugly for me. Neat for a 3 yr olds trike.haha
sorry... guess it was a cabin fever reaction....
Yeah, a bit warmer and dry would be better. Though I must admit shes lovin the cold air
