I'll have just 15 slots this time around, and we'll be on infield AT LEAST Sunday, if not Saturday as well!!! This carshow will have tons of cars, vendors and visitors, and people just keep coming from farther and farther out every time this happens!
Pontiac G8's are now welcome to come with us to the show!!!

This event is FREE! There is absolutely NO COST for the car clubs. The only expenses you’ll incur are the hotel, food/drink, and gas.
The most important rule of this event is that you MUST BE ON TIME AND ON BOTH DAYS! The event is Saturday & Sunday, April 10th - 11th, 2010. Saturday the event runs from 8-6, and Sunday 8-4, rain or shine! We usually leave about an hour before it’s over each day, and if you need to leave early in the afternoon, you have an emergency during the event, it’s understood – Just make sure to communicate it to me via cell phone or in person. My cell will be on at all times.
For every Grand Prix that is entered, you get a pass for the car, and passes for 2 people per car. I ALWAYS have leftover passes lying around, so I can get most everyone in that brings extra people. There will be a best in show trophy, as well as other trophies & prizes to be given away as well!!!
Because our current attendance is based on the next Autofair’s allotment of slots, I have to be extremely strict on no-shows. If you do not show up on one day or the other and don’t call or see me, you will NOT be invited back to the next show. If my attendance is not close enough to the slots I’m given, it’s knocked down for the next time, and that hurts 5-10 people that might want to go.
This is an all-weekend event.
HOTEL INFORMATION
If you need a hotel, please call Alan Bishop at 980-621-6333 and he will work with you to find one near the speedway.
Schedule For The Weekend:
Friday - April 9th
Plans TBD. This will also be a time where people can wash their cars and prepare for the show the next day.
Saturday Morning - April 10th:
We’ll all meet up at the edge of the Concord Mills parking lot, just across from the Citgo / Petro Express. We will meet up at 7:00AM, and leave NO LATER than 7:20AM. I know it’s EARLY, but anyone that’s been will tell you that traffic is NASTY after 7:30! If we leave at 7:20, we’ll be able to cruise right into the front of the speedway and get set up a LOT easier!!! Call Alan if you need directions from the hotel, his number is provided under the hotel information.
The event technically runs from 8A-6P, but we usually head out around 5-5:30PM, so everyone can get back to the hotel and rest for awhile. Trust me, the Autofair vets will tell you that it’s needed by the end of the day.
Saturday Night:
We usually go out to eat as a group Saturday night and hang out more, either at the hotel or at Alan's house.
Sunday Morning - April 11th:
The same location & time as Saturday morning.
Sunday Evening:
The show lasts until 4pm – we’ll probably head out around 3:30pm, and go eat over at Tsunami, which is a REALLY good Japanese Steakhouse or wherever people decide to eat.
