Just up the street from you Sassy, in Bealeton. You've probably driven through our fine community MANY times.
This is great...A LOCAL! I actually used to work in Bealeton. Ever heard of Payne's Parking Designs down on Ritchie Road? I just left there in September. You probably actually saw my car for sale (before I bought it) at the little car lot in Opal beside East Coast The person that owned my car before me lived in Bealeton. At least that is what the title said...LoL
I might have seen it... There's a few GPs in my subdivision as well, and I've seen another Impala SS driving along 28 in Bealeton. Plus, another SS owner posted on NAIOA.com and I sent him a PM, but he never responded. We're kind of out in that no man's land for clubs; I haven't seen many other NoVa people posting, but a lot of MD people. And there's also a Richmond club, but I haven't seen an update on their site or a post on CGP from one of them in a while.
I am a little further out or in depending on how you look at it, inside the Capital Beltway.

Most of the MD folks are Impala/Monte Carlo owners, or at least it seems that way at the NAIOA meets I've been to.

98 GTP tranny and engine went bad I've hit some bad luck. looking at swapping to a L32 Doing my research if you have any info let me know. All I know is I will need a adapter for the TB and I can use the fuel lines from my L67.
Anybody know of any decent Tranny shops for a rebuild. Anywhere in Northern VA?Anybody heard of these guys Quality Transmission Hard Parts And Service QTHP in Maryland, they quoted me $750 for a rebuild.
Hope to here from somebody. BTW I know a good mechanic if anybody neds one, he's ASE and works out of his garage in Fredericksburg real cheap rates. he'll be doing the swap for me along with tranny for a half the cost of any place around here.
I don't know anything about tuning, can somebody explain.
Springfield here NOVA area. I'm over on ClubGP just signed up here. Have yet to meet any GP people in the area. Lets get a meet going.
