If you have to tag an image as NWS in the chatbox, then you shouldn't be posting it.
We have the Free For All section for that, please use that.

I second this.
Also, any racial langauge...even joking...keep it to PM's or don't post it...honestly, even in the FFA. I've had too many complaints on that subject as well. You will be warned...then infracted...3 time your caught...bye bye. I'm not putting up with it here.
