Thanks for sharing that jason and it was nice meeting you. Hope to see you around here on the forums more often.
nice ou guys showed out in force next one count me in !!
Yea I had a great time even tho I got my drivers license from a cracker jack box Ie: running over the rim. Senior moment or sun was in my eye :-) Maybe some day I will get a good time on the car as I broke the CV axle/Diff or transmission on the first run of the day and had to watch the rest of the day. Got the car to Jose's house with no trouble and will get it back home tomorrow to find out just what I did break. Was good to see more than one other GP there and there were even a few more GP's at the track that we did not know.
Looked like a fun day. I wish we had a W-Body day setup for MIR or Mason Dixon
And john, Thanks again for letting me use the nitto's. I really appreciate that. Although i couldnt heat them them up worth a damn becuase of my ebrake not working im sure they were still better then the street tires.
my best was 14.1 at 97. she had 13's in er but with a slick street tire at the drag strip it wasent helping me much. all i could manage was a 2.17 60"
and yess it was nice to see the good turnout of gp's there. tdc's car really does move out!!! to bad it was so crowded tho and people keep breaking. couldent get to many runs in.
OO and drunkenmunkey, quit sleeping on the line!! .929 reaction time :/
my best 1/8 was 9.1 at 78mph
great time tho. i had a blast!! glad all you guys made it out!! i think i was the only gp last time
