i actually updated it since posting that. the pop is taken care of. im in the process of finding out what else needs to be brought. but ill add you to the list

I have recruited 3 Bonneville guys and an MS3 guy to join us. Like last time.

Holy smokes, this is getting out of hand! Game over, man! Game over! Maximum capacity reached! The fire chief is going to kick us out of the park!



....OK, seriously. The group is growing, so I'm going to need to reorganize the list.

We'll need 2 people each bringing 2 2-litre bottles of soda, which looks like is now covered by JDRach and bmoeglin, so that much is done. I'd say at least 2 need to be Coke/Pepsi, and then whatever for the other 2 (Mt. Dew, Sprite, etc. NO DIET! No one ever ends up drinking it).

We'll need 2 people each bringing 2 bags of chips. Doritos, BBQ chips, whatever as long as there's a variety. Odi, if you want to let us know what kind of chips you're bringing, I'll need a voluntary to get 2 more bags of something you're not already getting.

We'll need to do the same thing for the desert. If Cully is getting cookies, someone else can maybe bring brownies or something?

On the hot dogs, let's structure it like this. I'll need at least 4 total (possibly 5 depending on how many more attendees we get by the end of the week) to each get one 8-pk of dogs and buns. Matt's already down for one slot, so I'll need 3 more voluntaries. You can even add some variety if you like (Polish or Italian sausage instead of franks, etc). Just let me know what you're bringing.

Let's start there and see what we got.

Yeah, that should be more than enough between the chips and deserts, etc. Worst case, if we run out, we'll just kill and roast a duck or something.

There are still 3 slots open for a set of something to grill + buns, and I'm going to add paper towel roll to the list, too (something we always forget/don't realize we need till we run out of clean shirt to wipe on), so if someone wants to grab that, please let me know.

we are going to need to block off parking spots. i have caution tape we can use.
