They have allot already filling up so, room rates would be $84.95 a night....
1. OUR OWN PARKING LOT (that meaning a separate parking lot that no one else would be in but us) the parking lot directly behind the hotel is owned by the hotel she said on the phone that that is where the put car clubs when they stay.
2. Rooms facing the said parking lot with our cars in it and we could see them from our rooms all day and night
3. Full FREE hot breakfast including pancakes and sausage

Meet will be held at Maumee Bay State Park (15 mins away from hotel) - This is not your average park it sits on Lake Erie and is absolutely perfect for this type of get together, They have HUGE parking lots that would be suitable for parking our cars however we want for pictures and what have you, they also have the typical things like small picnic shelters on the beach (swimming is available here), grills ... etc http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/tabid/764/default.aspx
Tentative Schedule:
10 AM meet at Maumee Bay State Park (not an official time for everyone as we will have many people from different places arriving, I will be there to meet and greet as you arrive)
12PM (Official start time) Lunch (provided we get donations from forum members and others) Hot dogs, chips and pop etc... (there is a grille and picnic tables provided by the park and a shelter)
1PM Car show begins
3PM Car show ends (awards pending)
4PM check into hotel (for those who are staying the night) others may be on their way home or whatever
6PM-7PM ish Dinner and drinks at Yeehas Bar & Grill (next to the hotel)
7PM + whatever the remaining people would like to do
Sunday driving home (for those staying the night)
Things we need for the meet
1. Approx $100 - $150 of donations to provide hot dogs, pop, chips....etc for everyone (a charcoal grill is provided by the park)
2. Any type of chairs, shade tents, outdoor games
3. We need someone to step up and do photography, I would like someone that has a decent camera and tripod to be in charge of taking pictures throughout the entire day
