Earlier on chat the discussion came up of camping VS hotel. If everybody wants to get a hotel, we should figure that out now so we can try to get a group discount/ get everybody in the same hotel. Maybe we can get rooms close together and on an end so we don't have to worry about noise. If not, and we are camping, that would also be good to know so I can try to find a decent tent.

I would personally prefer a hotel so I can charge my scanning PC and a camera or two.

we really should get the hotel deal squared away ASAP so that we can get cheaper rooms and make sure we even get them.

yes im trying to get kind of exact numbers on people who are coming than im going to get thr hotel rates. so prolly very soon im gunna try to get that squared away
