Is that retainer an exact replacement for the gm part?

Ends up I found the gm part number and ordered a replacement part from the states. Thanks a lot for the help guys! Hey 97 have you ordered anything from that rock auto parts? If so, what's the quality like. Parts seem pretty cheap
