im thinking about purchasing a k&n cai

    K&N FIPK Air Intake Kit - 04-06 Grand Prix 57-3049 - PFYC.com

does anyone have any experience with this particular product, was their a noticeable gain in performance/sound/fuel economy?

also is this the only one applicable to an 04 gtp because ive looked around and can only find that one, i would like to get the 63 series but all the auto stores ive gone to say the 57 series one is the only one that shows up for that car

Put a filter on the end of your maf and be done with it. You can run a little piping to get it close to your fender. I have amsoil filters that I sell below retail.

There is no point to spend $350 on an intake.

I have the K&N for the 04 GTP. All in all it is just fine....Had to sand the edges where the filter connects to the pipe....it was slipping off a bit so i gave it some texture. Hp gains are decent and it sounds cool I suppose.
