You can bypass the passlock with a correct resistance resistor in place of the key cylinder. Cut signal wire that comes out of the passlock (should be orange) and test with a dmm on the key side while cranking. (have car in R or D to prevent cranking with brake on, wheels chocked) The resistance value you test here is the resistor you must buy. Solder in the resistor between the car side of the wire you cut and the passlock ground wire. I have done this on a couple of car's when doing aftermarket remote Start's before they had all of the bypass module's.
You can also add the alarm/remote start bypass and use a relay to convert polarity to activate the bypass with your ignition 12v feed. All these modules do is duplicate the resistance value and uses a relay to activate.
