How do I tune timing out/down during shifts? I looked but don't see a particular table for it? Thanks for the help in advance...

Well I think from watching scans before timing will almost zero out and or go negative for that few milliseconds when its about to shift.
From looking in HPT I don't see anywhere that you can command timing to be reduced as its shifting or going to downshift. The only thing you can really do is lower the timing number in the rpm range that the transmission will shift at.
you could increase tq management for the shift you are concerned with. what reason do you have for needing to reduce timing? are you seeing KR? are you trying to protect the trans?
Seeing slight KR during shift and also trying to protect tranny for at least the next 6 months so I can get a built trans.
How much kr? Do you have a wide band? Of so what is the af? Does it go lean toward the end of the shift? If no wb scan commanded af and O2 voltage. If you see the af go leaner or voltage go down then you may just need to add fuel. You can use the pe_vs_time to increase fuel at the upper rpm and later in time to compensate.
The KR is most likely false from the drivetrain shock. The table you are looking for is under "Trans" - "Torque Management" - "Downshift" I usually tell it to pull 5* starting at 175ft lbs all the way up to 15* from 300ft lbs and higher.
Sometimes I tell it to go -5* of timing during a shift and then I get a nice blop of flame out the exhaust.... Im a manchild though and scaring the **** out of little ricer boys is my job. I swear every ******* stoplight I get some buzzy little honda revving his engine because I have tinted taillights, stainless exhaust, black rims, and projector hids... Then I rev back and suddenly noone wants to play ball with the flame spitting grand prix that still has its gt badges.
^^ that made me laugh more than it should have
Is that safe, sounds fun!
Flames out the exhaust is safe, it just has to be hot enough to light the fuel off when it hits the pipes.
Its easy to do on a V8 car from what I read and see, just shut off spark instead of fuel when you shift or let off the gas and flames galore.
