The way I think about it, is that a controller isnt the best idea, there is a little more to setting up the correct AFR than just using a knob to change it.
The car stock already runs somewhat rich, around the 11's for AFR, with the amount of mods you have, you should be getting a custom tune to dial everything in.
Didn't know if there was something besides hp tuners. Something that just adjust the maf and afr.
i had an AFC.
it allows you to scale the MAF tables by percentage, essentially changing the fueling tables by tricking the PCM into seeing you ingesting more air into the motor. it works for small tweaking and is helpful for when you run out of room and max out the MAF (because you can scale it back down).
it's not a replacement for a good tune.
get a wideband and see how broken your car is. After that scan it and see what the LTFT's are doing. You probably dont need a tune, most people dont unless they are changing out alot of parts.
I already have a wideband. Everything is where it should be. Fuel trims are within spec currently as well. But I would like to drop to a 3.2 pulley with 42# injectors and I know I need to tune it at that point. If I threw the 3.2 on right now it would be running way to lean.
