Thanks, going through it... I think the main thing messing me up, is that there are 2 differences to account for instead of one.

Figured it out... to change a 2.93 FDR PCM file to work correctly with a 3.05 FDR car, the gear ratio calc value input must be 3.42

Calculated gear ratio table in VCM Scanner reads 1.00 in 3rd Gear

Please add to OP for anyone else top swapping their factory 3.05 car.
