I think you'd need more spark. Adding more fuel is prob gonna drown the plugs and actually make it harder to start....but what do I know? I'm still researching this stuff lol.
Standard should be switching to 04 timing tables when doing E85.
That and if you get into tiny tuner start playing with crank or start up fueling.
I couldn't get tiny tuner going... Can't figure it out with HPtuners...
Brian is having issues with his car cold starting, Jarred.
Might ask him if you haven't.

hotter plugs might help. Adding fuel helps too. Couldn't get a quick startup under 50* no matter what I did with the tune. Didn't care much either.
Tried starting my fiero last night in 15 degree weather...
Turns out it was a bit rich and it really struggled.... although I do have 105# injectors. I would suggest making your really low coolant temp open loop AFR numbers quite a bit leaner.
