wait, when do you see these knock retards? all the time or just at WOT like in the shift points?

The KR PID has never worked for us with torque. I even exchanged a couple of emails with the developer and sent him a couple of debug things, but it never worked.

Check that you've also chosen the correct predefined additional PIDs for GM in the options menu.

See if you can save some logs and post it so we can see what you're looking at.

I have specific information on that subject if interested... I have designed a program like torque before.

Torque has had functioning KR abilities since may/june timeframe. there was a specific update to address the issue.

    remove all gauges
    delete all PIDs
    update torque
    reselect PIDs
    readd gauges

well have the latest version, so I tried to do the process described above but tried to reainstall the app isntead, but no KR shows up and no other extended PIDs such as the transmission stuff.

It's ok though I still got the powrtuner, I only use torque to check if the trims are still in range and any SES codes that show up when I'm too lazy to plug the laptop.

You have to have the paid version of torque the free version doesn't work.

its time to get in touch with the developer then. Ian is great with support. he will help you out any way he can within reason to ensure your functions work properly.

Uninstall Torque, then delete the files for torque off your SD card, then re-install Torque. That is how I got mine to work.

Ok it works now. I got the KR dial working now. It's always 0.0 (since my tune is so awesome lol), it used to be -.- before.

I'm gonna try to go wot for a few seconds next time the ECT is close to 100*C, I'm sure I'll get some KR in there still just to test it.
