Can I flash a Intense programmed PCM back to stock with a DHP downlaoded bin file?

I don't see why not. As long as the stock bin you have matches your year/make/model, you should be good to go. I'm also assuming you have a tuner...

More importantly, the Intense PCM has to be unlocked for this to work.

IIRC you have to do a full write and probably force it to overwrite what it'll see as a corrupt pcm.
