Bluetooth tuning?

If I were to get some tuning software on my laptop could I use the same bluetooth box I bought from ebay to do more than just read codes and gauges. Say for example, tuning....

Also anybody know of good applications for windows for these little guys. Using my phone to read all sorts of things is cool and all but the screen is pretty tiny.
