I ordered an Overkill PCM on May 17. I received it on May 27. On June 1, I installed it and had to take it back out because the TCS OFF light stayed on and I could not turn it off and the car shifted very eratically and in general ran like ****. I emailed Overkill and did not get a response until June 6. Overkill stated he would send out a replacement PCM. I had not received a replacement by June 14 and emailed him again. On June 19 I got a response that stated the PCM had been sent out and I would receive a 25% discount. On June 26, I still had not received a replacement PCM or 25% discount, and I sent an email stating I wanted a full refund. As of today, July 3, I have not received a replacement PCM, 25% discount, or refund.
I believe that I waited and tried to give him a chance without going on this board to say anything about it. I ordered the PCM from what I heard on this board about the tune, so it is only right that I come here to relate my troubles with this vendor.

wow. that really sucks. i just put an order in for an intense PCM about a month ago. never got any email from them. so i emailed them about a week later and they said that they would check on things. waited another week and still nothing. i then got a reply saying that they were on vacation. so i waited a couple days and sent them another email asking the progress of my PCM and he tells me that they cant make the gear ratio change in a 1997 GTP to a 3.29. wtf? so since i have a 1997 year i am basically screwed? this makes no sense. it took them 4 weeks to tell me that they cant make my PCM. so now im getting a refund but what am i supposed to do? who do i trust? i am so frustrated as well as u most likely are.

to the op... thats rough what your goin through i never delt with will but ive always seen and heard he usually does the best stuff but he takes a while../ and to the second poster... it sucks but yeah you basically are screwed. i had a 97 gt also and it was a mess with most things... exspecially tranny related issues... i wanted to top swap mine but the vacume powered tranny makes it a tuning nightmare. when i delt with intense for my pcm they were fairly quick with turnaround. best of luck to both of you.

I went through the same thing with him. It sucks but he will refund your money. Go with one from Intense
