wrong maf is not gonna work well long term. the 98 maf likely wont sit in the 99 tb right either.

do the security learn yet, at least the 10 seconds key to run then off yet?

when you do it voltage must stay up, so charger on it, do not open the doors or power the radio or windows. i like to open the d/s window reach in, turn the key hit the timer and walk away, this way your not trapped in the car the whole time.

e brake on to to kill the parking lights.

Think he meant his Schrader valve is leaking? Can those be replaced like a tire valve, or do u need a new fuel rail?

they unscrew just like a tire valve stem. o ring at the bottom might be torn, or you just need to wiggle the pin around till it seals up again. ive had to do the wiggle deal on my own rail once.

Finally gave up and dropped the car off at meineke car care for a diagnostic on the car talked with the tech and he said something about the throttle body being clogged not letting the fuel ignite basically like the throttle plate but that was just a visual look before he pulled the car in just waiting for the final diagnosis to get this issue resolved

you may have to do a security learn, zzp often sets it to key on for 10 seconds, then off. then try to crank it. should fire up.

if not, key to run for ten minutes, off for less then 5 seconds, back to run for 10 minutes, you do that 3 times, 4 th time it should crank and fire up.

use a timer, dont open the doors or use any power. if the battery sucks, put a charger on it. key to run for 30 minutes can beat up a good battery.

i like to open the window, shut the door and work the key from out side the car. nothing worse then being stuck in the car for a 1/2 hr.

i still cant believe i sold mine and got like real money for it lol i miss it less and less as time passes. i had that car for 10 years. never in my life hung on to a car for that long. it never left me stranded, all tho it did blow up a couple times. worst was the tranny that just locked up. i was in my friends driveway. so i was not stuck any where bad lol even trucks i bought new i sold and re upped in 5 years time.
