Ive been looking through my tune file too see why my air fuel ratios are not wanting to sit where commanded. Could anything in this tab be causing my issues?

Are you talking wot? What's the issue exactly? Transients are more for tip in and tip out, at least that is my understanding. I'm still trying to read up on it but it's hard making sense of where you would start tweaking or exactly how the values change a tune.
All you should need will be on the PE fuel tab and then just tune your MAF using a wideband.
Oh the commanded is showing 10's? What about the other tables in PE tab? There are adders there. I've zeroed all of them out. Unless there is something weird going on, commanded should stick where you set it. I set PE to 11.4, but in the log commanded will show 11.3 for some reason, but it's only 1 point off ever.
Yep, sounds like you are missing the add vs rpm table that will lower the commanded AFR value.
Past that you have a commanded value that you need to match the actual using the wideband. You'd be adding/removing fuel from the MAF curve to make that match.
