Hey guys, I just got an obd reciever and downloaded the torque pro ap on my android. I am trying to go thru and get the ap set up and I cannot seem to find KR in any of the choices. I found a timing advance option but I thought there was one just for KR. Can you guys help?

its listed as knock retard. if you dont see it in the list, d/l torque scan its a free add on. it should show then.

Go to your torque pro app. Then press settings on the main screen. Then select ADD PREDEFINED SET and then select Pontiac/GM/Opel/Vauhall. This will add the parameters for GM to you car.now go to the main menu on the App and access the real time Data page. Press and hold on an empty spot. Select ADD display select digital display select knock retard. Now you can monitor knock in real time

False, Torque scan has nothing to do with the extra PIDs.

it was missing in my set up, did t/s and it showed up. i had pids all loaded up first. then got the t/s. t/s adds a load of other cool things to scan too. its free and worth getting.

Ok guys I'm having problems with my torque app still. It works like a champ on my wife's gmc terrain, everything seems to work exactly how it's supposed to. But when I try to use it on my 02 gtp it works for about 10 seconds and then quits responding. I've tried adjust a few settings within the ap to help communication but nothing seems to help. If I pull out the reciever and plug it back in, same thing, works for a few seconds and quits. Any advice? It works great on my wife's vehicle.....

Did you set up a profile for your vehicle separate from your wife's profile?
