I would scan it and see what wheel is throwing the ABS code and what that SES light is.

Also if its making road noise, is it louder turning one way or another?

How can the lights all be on, but no codes?

Can your code reader read ABS codes?

Road noise can be from the tires aswell. They could be crap tires or they are low on tread or have cupping.

You can also jack the car up in the air with the key on engine off and shake down the front end to make sure nothing is loose.

If all her lights are on it has codes. Make sure her fuse isn't blown to the obd2 port.
