lol, I have it set at 75mph, since that is the optimum speed for fuel economy...lol. I just ignore it.
hows the car urlosen? when I get back from Iraq i'm either going with a evo 9, 06 GTO, 02 Trans Am or a G8 GT....just trying to get insight on these 4 particular cars... Oooo and go with a spoiler, these guys r crazy. The spoiler would set it off.
After having friends with Evos.... I would not get one. They constantly have problems with clutch issues.
I would vote for an 02 TA, or the 06 GTO. The G8 GT is nice and all, but the GXP is the way to go for a G8.
The GTO is the best car that I have ever bought, and have friends that plan on buying one here soon becuase they drove mine. Dont get me wrong, I am not saying the gTO is the best car in the world....it has its qwerks from factory. but they are SUPER easy fixes.
good to hear that about evo's, honestly I think they're wayyy over priced for what your getting, the interior is that of a mitsu mirage. just sucks.
02 TA would be an easy route considering i'll have alot of extra money for mods!
I just keep getting on youtube and the sound of that ls2 cammed is unbelieable. If i get a GTO, the GP will have to go
SICK!
yep, no way if i ever could get my GP to 160 that it would dare feel that smooth
GTO's have no issues?...news to me
How the paint holding up? suspension?
I do however like theat the put that ls2 in after the first year... still dog slow... I test drove them and found them to be too heavy feeling.. specially the ride.
Nice color...
Went thru the whole process of elimination... GTO's I thought would be good enough... but went with a late model F-Body with a LS6... much better
I say you have a tough decision. Except for the Evo. Rice. I'm always and 4-ever a Pontiac fan. Love the TA and the Goat . And for a family the G8. If you dont have kids, I'd wait for the G8.
I bought a '00 T/A WS6 4 days after I got back home lmao...
I have to disagree with realdiehl, evo interior is bull-****...I'd totally use a evo dash to catch my drained oil during a change.
