So, I made the mistake of bragging about how good my cars been since I've had. I've had it two years and have only had to do brakes, tires, oil and a tune up. Now it's making me regret it. So my problem is that my u/h ign 15amp fuse keeps blowing. I don't have access to all data to be able to do some circuit testing. Codes include (not all are related)(all P codes) 0443, 0102, 0121,0122, 0123, 0135, 0243, 0463, 1121, and, 1122. I don't believe it's a faulty component as if I disconnect them it still blows the fuse at some point. The only thing I've done so far, other than unplugging things is to check the wires and I've found that the pink wire (think it should be 12v, not 100%), doesn't have 12 volts and has continuity to ground. I've tried wiggling wires to see if I can break the continuity but no luck as of yet. Without a wiring diagram I don't know what all components are on the circuit, so I don't know what all needs to be checked. This is pretty much what I need help with. The gas gauge is also very unsteady, empty is empty, but 1 gallon makes it full and 5 gallons only gives half a tank. And the tps sensor sporadically hits 100%, even after It's been replaced with an OEM sensor. Not sure if it shares a ground or power from the maf sensor. But it seems like these are all wire related, not bad components. Sorry for the lengthy post, trying to give as much info as possible. Thank you in advance.

likely a bad wire or two or three. check the harness where it goes past the dog bone mount in that loop. some wires might be rubbed through.

that fuse only powers the o2 and maf as far as i know. so the rest might be other bad wires.

Thanks for your response. My jack is on loan atm, but I'd the o2 sensor is on that circuit, I need to check down there. The speed bumps where I live are atrocious. It's impossible not to bottom out and I just had to have the pipe welded back together because it had caused it to break the pipe between the cat and the resonator. But there's a better than good chance those wires could be smashed together. And it would explain the inconsistency of the fuse blowing. If I go 15mph over them I feel bad for my suspension but it pushes the car high enough that the exhaust clears. I still believe I've got other wire issues, as the tps seems like it's part of a different circuit but still having issues.

not sure if the down stream o2 is on that fuse or not, but the up stream is in the rear manifold up top near the spark plugs.

Noted, I've onl been able to dig into the harness a little and so the only two things I've found out so far. Rhe wire I thought was pink is actually a vibrant orange and may or may not have a white stripe. And this wire has continuity with a black and red wire which i have yet to figure out what its for. Thanks again for your reply and any further input.

Short update. When I got the car it had a cheap plastic k&n cold air intake installed. Wit the poem air box removed, the ecm was right under the air filter and the air filter had managed to chafe the wires, and severed the low reference wire for the tps. One problem maybe 2 down. Now, if I undo the fuse box and disconnect i think connector 1, the pink wire that changes color from the maf to the fuse box, with no fuses or relays in it, it breaks continuity to ground. I don't know if it's an internal problem with the fuse box, because I can't fully disassemble it out of fear of breaking it, or if it's an issue with the wires.
