I hurt. Feel like I got punched in the face. Air bags hurt.
That it did. I'm very thankful that the seatbelt and air bags did their jobs. That car saved my life. It took the hit extremely well.

Yeah that's one hell of an impact...
Glad you're ok.
My initial words after coming to a stop were GOD DAMN THAT HURT!!!
It was. I'm pretty sore today but I went to fire training. It was drivers training day so I was doing all sorts of range driving in the fire truck. Didn't help the knees any but I couldn't miss it.

Walking away from something like that with nothing broken and some bruises is damn lucky...
That GP loved you, and you need to keep a piece off that car to remember it by. Lol

So how long has club gp been for sale?
going down the road at 45. 5 lane two direction road. center turn lane the lady in the escalade was heading towards me. She was in the turn lane and turned 100ft from me. I saw it, crossed a lane and a half, made it 3/4 of the way into the turn lane to try and avoid her. Wasn't enough. Couldn't tell if there was any other traffic on her side of the road so I wasn't going to head into the oncoming lanes. 45 into the side of an escalade would hurt. Combined speed impact of 90+ would be deadly. I took my chances with the broadside impact.
I have parts of the escalade wheel that exploded as trophies. I have the front license plate filler piece.
