not bad. A couple nitpicks though. You should avoid parking on or near painted lines in parking lots for photos. I know it cannot be helped sometimes but avoiding them, or photoshopping them out, can go a long way. Also avoid lamp posts, trees, or anything vertical being behind the car. You want to lose anything that can distract the viewer from looking at the car including reflections on the car's paint and windows from your surroundings (unless it creates a cool effect you're after). I also prefer car lights on for evening and nighttime photos.

A circular polarizer filter does miracles with car photography as well. It can remove reflections from the glass and paint. I consider it an absolute must-have tool for car photography. Professional car photography can be extremely expensive and complicated. A lot of pro car photos you see published were probably shot with thousands of dollars worth of lighting and lighting modifiers (gigantic softboxes, stripboxes etc.) and were edited together from many photos.

Sorry if I sound a bit negative. I'm a bit of a photographer myself and any and all the little things pop out to me. Here are a couple good videos on car photography that I have found: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ag8kvByZeh8 , http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rF9GRhxWbLU

Looks like my son hacked my account again. This is the little derp's first try at shooting cars...must say he impressed me for his first time out. Here's a couple of my Vega he took as well.
