Picked up a 2004 Tahoe to DD and for winter. Not to worried about gas since its only 10 miles to work.

Black bowtie, removed the door molding and rear badges, and just got the windows done yesterday.

    When I got it..

Trim and badges gone and the bowtie

    Tint

    And of course, this thing.

I have heard of Grovert's. Was it locally owned? Looks good, any rust?

Yep locally owned. The guy traded it in for a 2014 tahoe. Only rust is a little quarter sized spot just above the exhaust.

Had an 01 with the 5.3 for a few years. They are excellent trucks. Nice score and looking forward to updates.

    Nice.

My friend had a '00 Hoe with the 5.3 and 4wd. I loved that truck. If I end up moving to Co (in the mountains of course) I'll probably buy a Hoe, unless I can find a good deal on a denali/escalade.

Got any plans for it besides just DD duty?

Just ordered a bull bar and that should be here today. Other than that maybe some wheels/tires eventually.

Looks much better without that trim on it. Needs Gold Bow Tie though.

Looks nice. I'm sure it will get the same Adam's treatment as the GP.

I like the bar. Man, those original moldings are awful looking. Whacking those and black bowtie= just right.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

I think a couple KC day lighters on the bull bar. and a light bar on the roof would top it all off. Those light bars make you the brightest thing on the road
