Dear NSA,
Could I please have access to my usage? I would like to access some picture messages from back in 2004-2008 when I was in college. I would like to recollect some old "notes" to reminisce about.
K Thanks,
Dave

BTW they don't monitor like u think they do. I can assure u first hand that one
I figure as much....honestly I don't care, I'm not talking about anything that would get me in trouble anyways, I have nothing to worry about. But these media outlets are having a blast with it and now stretching the truth, thought I'd have some fun.
Besides, I wouldn't mind getting a few "memories" back
That's okay, I'll be helping them out by freeing up some space on their Hard drives.
There are key word triggers... Been used for quite some time now. But for it to be effective, they're scanning a multitude of communications, lol.
ok... Wait for it!!!
Lol, it's not so much what you are doing or have done. The "I'm not doing anything wrong so have nothing to worry about" thinking is what will eventually lead to the sheep being slaughtered by the wolf. Even outside of Gov't's channels, the Data Collection industry has been a quiet giant for the last decade here in the U.S., not so much abroad. Programs have been written that can, with over 90% assuredly - predict WHO you are just by monitoring the movement of your cell phone, let alone purchasing habits or what web pages you visit, etc. Seemingly benign in nature, facts are facts and there's little wonder how wrong it could go, should the Gov't's ever NEED to know where you are or what you are doing. Many forget how law enforcement works these days whereas THOUGHTS and TALK of crimes are just as we'll as actually committing them, without the means or remote possibility of even carrying them out. This is not hysteria, it's happening! O'Bama has done more to put guns into American Homes than any other president. I cant get a damned box of freakin ammo anymore, let alone it cost 2x what it should.
The U.S. Surveillance Industry has grown faster than the Medical Industry over the last decade. Industry trade shows that used to have maybe a hundred vendors, now has hundreds. Billions are being spent on listening, watching and recording. Interestingly, to surveil WITHIN our borders, not outside. O'Bama, as President, now has the ability to seize any citizen, anywhere n the world and on U.S. soil as well, hold them without process, or charge, without notification to anyone, INDEFINITELY... Ia amazing that the U.S. has criticized other countries for all these same things. It's amusing, and sad all the same. Political activism here in the U.S. is all but dead, and I'm not talking about Tea Parties and Occupy crapola... We have more surveillance here in the FREE Country than in many other places where you would expect it.
I'm no conspiracy theorist, doomsday preacher, etc., etc. but the longest standing REPUBLIC lasted a bit over 500 years and decayed from within, not the barbarians beating down the gates. We hold witness to the decay as it is happening. Where it will end is anyone's guess.
Bottom line is, why do they need to know what is on my Facebook pages, or what programs I use on MS Windows? Let alone accessing it without due process! Why are Judges not trusted, that they (agency's) can't get warrants which are RARELY DENIED, they (Judges) are supposed to be the balance to the means... Why, as an example in Sprint (cell phones) alone, there's been over 2 million Location request's by police agencies, outside of warrants? Why do we place stigma on those who refuse to submit, thereby assuming they are doing something wrong? Why do they deny, when we all know its being done... It goes on and on... Anyways...
"A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have." - Gerald R. Ford
“It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority.” ― Benjamin Franklin
"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men." - Lord Acton
So then... Our GREAT leaders as we call them, have only the intent to do GOOD with this power... Hmmmmmmmm?
History says otherwise!
Good Day!
: )
I dunno who tells u that BS.....are u on a terrorist watch list...no...then your probably not important for the NSA to watch.
Really... What BS? The location request? That 2 million I quoted was last year alone. Not BS... The arrest of so called Terrorist in Florida who talked about what they hated, but never had the means, ability, knowledge or opportunity to do anything, until the Gov't supplied it and then arrested the dumb jerks, lol. What BS? That the U.S. Gov't has been monitoring communications inside the U.S.? Yeah, ok... If they were so righteous in their actions, then why, oh why did the U.S. Gov't have to give "Get out of Jail Free" cards to all the phone carriers here in the U.S., for those very actions? What BS do you refer to? That the Gov't has only our well being at the heart of its actions? What BS... about the surveillance industry expansion in the U.S.? Lol...
The fact is, data is being collected and disseminated daily... And they do watch and track you, WITHOUT suspicion of a crime being committed. Do you have to be on that terror list, nope, and its proven! The so righteous F.B.I. even with the dreaded NSL abused them, then caught and even afterward then changed and loosened the criteria even more for their ease of use... PROVEN fact!
Damned agents were using the letters to spy on old lovers, neighbors, etc. total BS. This crap is all well documented and my point was not worrying about the threat of terrorism in order to justify the need to surveil the community at large. McCarthyism taught us what scare tactics can do, it's just amazing how many still fall into the same trap today. It's more about checks and balances, something they feel is not needed because they do nothing wrong, lmao! They watch what they want, but nothing and nobody is watching them.
: )
Man to be perfectly honest with u they don't record ur calls and **** like your thinking. Like if only I could explain this....but I can cause of my job.
Let's put it this way. My MOS is 2621
Which is communications signals collection operator.
This is an excerpt from my job description.
Job Description: Special communications signals collection operators/analysts exploit every phase of communications to include the intercept and analysis of electronic communications signals along with digital network systems
I work hand in hand with the NSA and on a daily basis with contractors who have worked or still do work for NSA.
Everything that people think is watched isn't watched like y'all think. Yes I'm defending the NSA because we are not allowed to monitor us citizens.

What makes u think your so special that they wanna listen to your calls and conversions...cause u most definitely are not special enough for that
Hahaha, it's cool Marines, that's your job, it's what you do, but you are not all branches of Gov't represented, nor local law enforcement included. My apologies as I've lumped it all together.
You're correct when quoting the NSA, but there are 16 more agency's that do what you do and they all do it differently, looking at different targets for different reasons. Some Domestically! Sorry, but my fingers were tired already, it would be impossible to post so many known examples, but its all out there for those who chose to seek the information. They would have to go outside media channels and dig deep, but its there. Maybe it's not that they are in fact doing it, just HOW they are doing it.
Outside imperative imminent danger, there's no reason to be outside judicial oversight and obtaining warrants for monitoring American Citizens... Anywhere!
: )
Hey... Off topic, how'd that clip work out? Did ya need it? Everything fixed?
Yes I used the clip...so far so good thanks you.
And yea I understand were your getting at but traces, or direction finding (DF'ing) doesn't require warrants. Really never has. Only listening to americans does. The NSA directs how the agencies work and that's the point of the USSID's. I really don't wanna get into all of them though.
Glad it (clip) worked : )
Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get me... Hahahaha... Seriously though:
If I was paranoid... I'd start using Onion and Tor, PGP all my mail, use cash always and throw away my cell phone, lolz...
Lastly, it's important to assert your rights, lest they be taken away!
A Supreme Court ruling on searches (CA) affirmed this very thing.
So, as I quoted Frankiln who even then, as many of the framers of our constitution recognized the evil of Federal Powers...
It is our duty to question authority!
; )
People being taken away for crimes they didn't commit is nothing new in the US. Cold war it was quite common. Plus in the last decade there has been two presidents not one. So lets not lump it all up on Obama. Last I checked.bush is the one who made the patriot act in the.first place and pushed it through congress and senate. Both parties are to blame. The govt is not some super evil entity out to get you. If they were so evil they wouldn't waste so much money on trying to constantly help everyonr out. Now is our govt perfect? God no, not by a long shot. I think that congress and senate could use a clean slate though that is for sure.
