So, I ordered some HID lights for my car last week and when they arrived, I had the wrong bulbs. Clearly this was my fault, as I didnt specify my bulb number in the message. I contacted the seller and told them that the bulbs I recieved were the wrong ones. They appologized and without any hassle, they told me the new bulbs would be in the mail ASAP with a tracking number. Most companies would have asked me to mail back the bulbs I received before the new ones would be shipped. This is true customer satisfaction. I cant help but to spread the word, It made my day.
