i ran into on of these at a lot own the road from my house and i was wondering if it would be worth buying. i know its kinda a rare car but if i got it, it would have fully modded motor and gen v supercharger. opinions more info?

I'd check to make sure it is a true GTX.

There are 3 stages of GTX.... There is some page out there somewhere via google, but here is what I remember from it as I can not google the page at work.
stage 1 = apperance stuff
stage 2 = headers / intake
stage 3 = 3.5 pulley / 1.8 roller rockers.

I was never aware that the GTX had multiple stages. I know mostly they were appearance based over stock, but never with headers and rockers. Also, I do know that there are supercharged and non-supercharged GTXs.

lols ram ar is 15 hp then the catback they says another 15 hp, then scroll down and see the stage 1 adds 15 hp BUT it has the new catback AND intake, shouldnt that be 30hp?, that link is full of awesome!

That part is standard and its saying if you add the cat-back, then it's 15 all together, AKA Stage 1.GTX's standard deep breathing induction system creates an extra five Horsepower

the stage packages with any motor work done are VERY, VERY rare.

Id check for the door stickers to see if its a real gtx.. Remember it was aftermarket so theres no way to tell from vin/rpo's.

I thought slp badged them somewhere other then the door sills as well..kinda as a way to track/identify them
