It kinda says that in the warranty slip they should be handing you with the battery.

If the facts are all as represented here this will be an easy win in court.
idiots like this that give us mechanic/service people a bad name.
unfortunately the only way to find out if a certain shop is a good place to go is word of mouth, or finding out the hard way.
They just messed with me to the point that they would not do anything to help me... at the end of the day I still had a broken battery, and they would honor the return... only if they didnt "know" I had pulled it from my gtp.
It took another person to go up there (the next morning I might add), to return the battery without any car in sight.
It was a completely illogical mess and a complete waste of my time and theirs....
Another way of looking at my story is like this...
Imagine you bought tires for your 97 gtp at discount tire... you totalled your 97 gtp and sold it or whatever, so you put those tires on your 01 gtp... you brought the car in to get a tire warantied because it blew out the sidewall, a belt slipped, whatever.. but they did not honor it because you brought it in on this different car from what they installed it on... Yet you could have just as easily pulled it off the car and brought it up in your girlfriends car and had it fixed, no questions asked.
