because I created some threads and got all my answers and they seem to be dead no nobody has checked in on them for awhile just trying to clean up the site

We leave dead threads so that they can be found in searches and assist others down the road.

I deleted those once and brought them back because people wanted to reference prices,find out if their part was once from someones car here and then resold again..... vicious circle.... So now all threads that are month old or haven't been touched in a month are locked.....
