Mine would have to be the 1997-2003, partly because I own one but also because I think they are the best looking and most versatile generation of Grand Prixs; coupes and sedans, performance and commuters, but that being said, those 1978-1987s are very nice aswell. What is your favorite generation and why?

I would have to say its a toss up between the 78-87's and the 97-03's. The 78-87's looked awesome if done right and they were rear wheel drive. The 97-03's looked great all around except for the 97-98 SE's with that stupid pig nose bumper.

04+ is really growing on me.. I think if I get another GP it will be the 04+....damn you drunkie...

Im still very partial to the 97-03, gotta be lowered, with the SD lip though, otherwise its garbage.

97-03 is my fav. best looking and not fat like the 04+

I also love the 66-68 GP's. If i was to own an old car it would be one of those.

60's and 70's are my favorites.

back in high school a friend had a 77 grand prix that came with a 301, and we swapped in a 428 and 400 trans, that was one fast boat of a car. all stock rebuilt, with headers, it moved good.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Like most here, I love the look of the 97-03. But the 04-08 have started to grow on me.

I'd rather have a G8 though. Those look great.

But I'm considering crossing over to Kia (yikes). Been loving that new '11 Optima. My friend just got a black SX with the 2.0 turbo engine.

Are you kidding me ? Go buy a 04 Up GTP for much less cheaper parts and blow the doors off that korean crap!

As for favorite GP Mine would have to be a blue 98 daytona GTP with a GTX package. Dont know if one has ever existed but I'd drool for days.
