It's nice to see a bank pay for its mistake...

It's messed up when you can have no mortgage at all and have some random bank claim they own it and try to kick you out. They let BOA off easy with just the legal fees I'd get the best shark lawyer I can find and sue them silly. You almost automatically win when it's Joe Victim vs the big bad bank.

Yep, awesome. A friend of mine looked out his front door a few years ago and some guy was in my buddies truck putting all the stuff in the truck in a box. My buddy rolls out and asks the guy he thought he was doing? The guy said well maybe if you would pay your bills I wouldn't be here. My buddy showed him the wrong end of a 357 and he haiuled ass. Guy came back with the police. Deputy asked whayt was the problem. My buddy told him that Fvcker was trespassing and attepted to steal his truck and handed the deputy the title to the truck cause it was paid in full. Deputy told the repo guy he better get his **** straight and get off my buddies property.
