My In-Laws are selling their Jeep Grand Cherokee as they just bought a new Jeep Commander. So they brought it to me and told me to prep it so they could sell it. Usual stuff, oil change, tune up, etc. They were concerned about the headlights and asked if there was anything that could be done short of buying new ones. I told them I would see what I could do. I hope they like it.

I had done the passenger side before I realized it might be good to take pictures of a before and after. But they were both like the drivers side. Took me all of about two hours to get them done. There were some scratches in both of them that I could not get rid of but I was more concerned with just getting the clarity back more than anything. And I did it all without pulling the capsules out. Ive restored a few sets of headlights on a few different vehicles now including my Grand Prix.
The before picture doesnt really do it justice as they were both in super bad shape, but I took a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to both of them to get all the dirt and grime off as much as possible. I really dont see how they were able to see at night as they were.
