I can say with certainty that if they pissed me off like that, I wouldn't care about the cost anymore. I'd be showing their asses the inside of a courtroom for jacking me around. Of course, I don't feel it to be too expensive to **** with a company that treated me in kind.

I told him i wasnt in a huge hurry to get it (seeing as im in Iraq)

He contacted me shortly after and told me the red ones were on back order, and offered a black one with a small discount on them.

Told him i would Happyly wait till the red ones were in stock. it took alittle longer then we both projected, and then when they did have them back in stock he shipped it out fast, and gave me a 10% towards my next purchase (my next purchase was $1700)

and all those parts are sitting at my house waiting for me to return. so no harm, No foul.

This has been a customer service nightmare brought to you by ZZP. You'd think they would handle customer service better after all the complaints they've had over the years.
OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

Hmmm. Well if ur returning the items ZZP discounted then you earned zero compensation while waiting 4 months for parts.

Let us know how the return goes
