Thread: So you know what is really epic?

When your local guy who does the alignment for your car calls and says your car is too low and it can not fit on any lift he has.

In other words....I won't get my car back until tomorrow.

its called 2x4's, line them up on the ground and slowly go higher and then the car will rool right onto the rack. We do that a school.

Or use a bunch of towels and pick teh ***** up

And use the towels because god forbid you bend mah sh1t I'd have your job.

i have to drive my car up on boards anytime i want to put a slim jack underneath it...

actually, if i lower my car down from being on the jack and i dont have boards underneath the tires i cant get the jack out. ever.

if a shop doesnt have a low profile lift, then its not worth my time.

Or you go to a shop where your friend/manager has a lower car than yours.

Epic is an overly abused word..... also I'd be looking for a different shop if they called and said that.

Guys shop does awesome work and its clean and well kept, He knows his stuff.

they got it up on there, I went down (1/2 mile from my house) and talked to him about alignment options, he couldn't even get it on the lift even with boards.
